Can I order black and white Prints?

Only if your photos are originally black and white. You can try to convert your colour pictures via a photo editing tool (like Photoshop or Gimp, which is free). Unfortunately, it’s not possible to convert coloured photos to black and white directly on our website.

What are the exact sizes of the Prints?

For easy reading, we’ve rounded the numbers up or down in most product descriptions, but you can find the exact measurements (to the millimetre) here .

Can I order Prints on matte paper?

Of course you can. On most of our prints you can pick between a matte or gloss finish and even choose to add a white border. Look out for the different options when placing your order.

Can I write text on my photos?

If you choose our Retro Prints, yes. Either add text in the studio when you create your prints or write on them later with a marker pen.

What’s the difference between Classic and Premium Prints?

It depends on the product. Most of the time you'll get thicker paper.

Which paper do you use?

We print on professional Fujifilm photo paper. You can usually choose between gloss and matte finish – just check the product descriptions to find out.

Simply stand the bulldog clip flat on a surface, pull the two metal arms shut so they’re touching, and pop your print between the arms. For a more luxurious look, try using gold or rose gold bulldog clips.

Standard

Available in three different sizes, the Classic Standard Prints have a thin white border, matte or gloss paper, and high-quality 210 gsm paper. Upgrade to Premium for a small fee for thicker 250 gsm paper.

Square

Available in two sizes with a matte or gloss finish, these square Prints use 210 gsm Fujifilm paper and have an optional white border for gloss prints.

Enlargement

Blow up your favourite photos with our Photo Enlargement Prints. Available in two sizes (7”X5” or 7.5”X5”), matte or gloss finish, and printed on 201 gsm paper. A white border can also be applied to some formats.

Posters

Supersize your favourite photo and choose from three formats, Square, Rectangle or Panoramic Prints. Print photos on glossy or matte 210 gsm paper or upgrade to pro for thicker 250 gsm paper.
